I graduated from Bellevue University with a bachelors in business and from Creighton University School of Law. Prior to getting licensed to practice, I worked for a law office for over six years. This allowed me to gain crucial knowledge and skills while working for who I consider one of the brightest attorneys in the area. Additionally, I have worked in the public sector with a local government since 2012. All of this this experience has given me extensive experience in the legal field, especially criminal procedure, and criminal defense. Additionally, I gained important experience reading and understating state statutes, researching case law, and understanding legislative intent. I was able to take these tools and apply them to my legal practice immediately upon graduation and hit the ground running.
I have had a passion for law since I was ten years old. There has always been something about the protection of our freedoms and due process that has always been entrenched in who I am.

Jason was very thorough and personable. He listened to our concerns, believed in our son from day one and worked tirelessly to prove that our son was innocent.
When it came time for the trial, he did an amazing job during cross examination and closing arguments. He stayed in contact with us regularly, listened to our theories and concerns and eased our fears. As I was handling a routine traffic ticket, I was arrested for a felony warrant in a place that I had never been. Jason got me out of jail quickly by working with the prosecutor in the different county. He stood by me the entire time offering me advice and guidance, and giving me assurances that everything would turn out well in the end. He convinced the County Attorney to reopen the investigation and eventually the charges were dismissed. Even after the case was dismissed, he worked to clear my name with the local media.
